I have been asked on behalf of the above named Golf Society to write to you to extend our sincere thanks and gratitude for all the work that you did on behalf of the Society during your tenure as both Captain and mainly Event Organiser.
It has been remiss of us all that it has taken this long to thank you for all your hard work on our behalf.
We all would like to wish you all the very best in whatever you are now doing and it would be nice to maybe see you at one of our events later in this forthcoming Season.

Dear Sir
I have been asked to write to you to extend our thanks for the welcome and hospitality we received during our recent Society Golf Day at Tadmarton Heath. It is so refreshing to be welcomed into such a well established Golf Club full of history and tradition.
The Course itself was in excellent condition and proved to be a true test of one’s golfing ability. Please pass on our sincere thanks to all for making the whole day such a pleasurable experience and we would hope to renew our acquaintance with everyone at Tadmarton Heath in the not too distant future
